1970年為運送蔬果，臺鐵委由日本汽車製造會社製造50輛15V2000型通風車。為確保蔬果新鮮度，車頂設有6組箱型通風器，車身外牆板及門板上方設有16組通風孔，以達到增強車廂內與外部空氣對流之功用。

1972年臺灣香蕉外銷日本時，此型車是運送時的大功臣。隨著公路冷藏運輸技術發展，通風車需求下降，便將通風器拆除改成一般篷車、工程車使用。2001年起因行走裝置老舊不利於維修，遭到大量報廢。 

In 1970, in order to transport vegetables and fruits, Kisha Seizo Co. Ltd. from Japan was entrusted by TR to manufacture 50 15V2000 ventilated box cars. To ensure the freshness of vegetables and fruits, 6 sets of box-type ventilators were mounted on the roof, and 16 ventilation louvers were installed on the upper part of the side wall panels and door leafs to enhance the air convection between the interior and exterior of the car.

In 1972, when Taiwan's bananas were exported to Japan, this type of car was a major contributor to the transportation. With the development of highway refrigerated transportation technology, the demand for ventilated box cars declined. They were eventually used as ordinary box cars or engineering cars, with most of their ventilators removed. In 2001, they began to retire in large quantities as the running mechanism aged and became not conductive to maintenance.

 

1970年、青果物の輸送用として台湾鉄路局が日本の汽車製造会社に委託し、15V2000形通風車を50両製造しました。青果物の鮮度を保つため、屋根に6個のガーランドベンチレーターを設置し、車体の側面やドアパネルに16の通風ルーバーを設け、車両内と外の空気を対流させる作用を強化したものです。

1972年には日本向けの台湾バナナの輸送に使われて活躍しましたが、陸上の冷蔵輸送の技術が発達するにつれ、通風車の需要が少なくなり、ベンチレーターを取り外して一般的な有蓋車や工事用車両として使われました。2001年以降は走行装置が老朽化して保守が困難となり、多くが廃車となりました。

 

1970년 대만 철로는 과일과 채소를 운송하기 위해 일본 차량 제조회사에서 15V2000형 통풍차 50대를 제작했습니다. 과일과 채소의 신선도를 보장하기 위해 차량 지붕에 6개의 박스형 통풍기를 설치하였으며, 차체 외부 벽 패널과 문 패널에는 16개의 통풍구가 있어 차량 내부와 외부 공기가 순환되도록 하였습니다.

1972년 대만 바나나를 일본에 수출했을 때 이 차량은 운송에 큰 공헌을 했습니다. 하지만 도로 냉장 운송 기술이 발전하며 통풍 차량에 대한 수요가 감소하였고 이에 따라 통풍 장치를 제거하여 일반 유개 차량 및 공정 차량으로 변경하여 사용하였습니다. 2001년부터 보행 장치 노화로 유지보수가 어려워 대량 폐차되었습니다.
