35C21000型篷車
早期鐵路以載重10或15噸小型篷車為主,後來因貨運量遞增,需仰賴鐵路輸運,加上貨物屬性需放在室內運送到目的地,因此委託唐榮鐵工廠製造425輛35噸篷車,命名為35C21000型,其中唐榮鐵工廠生產200輛,另225輛則由臺灣機械公司協助製造。本車21320號為臺灣機械公司製造。
Type 35C21000 box car
In the early days, small box car with a load of 10 or 15 tons were mainly used by the railways. Later, due to the increasing freight volume and the need to store the goods indoors before being delivered to the destinations, Tang Eng Iron Works was commissioned to manufacture 425 35-ton box cars, modeled 35C21000, of which 200 were made by Tang Eng Iron Works itself, and the other 225 cars were co-built by Taiwan Machinery Manufacturing Company (TMMC). This one, 21320, is made by TMMC.
The basic design is adopted from 30C9000, with the door opening increased to 2,000mm, similar to the 30C20000, but more concise. The running gear is modified to the roller bearings design, with the advantages of fast running speed and easy maintenance.

初期の鉄道は積載重量が10トンまたは15トンの小型有蓋車が主流でした。その後貨物量が徐々に増え、鉄道輸送のニーズが高まり、さらに雨風の影響を受けずに貨物を目的地まで輸送する必要があったことから、唐栄鉄工廠へ委託して35トン有蓋車が425両製造され、35C21000形と命名されました。この内、唐栄鉄工廠が生産したのは200両であり、他の225両は台湾機械公司が製造を請け負いました。この21320号は台湾機械公司製です。
35C21000형 유개차(덮개 있는 차량)
초기에는 적재량 10t이나 15t짜리 소형 유개 차량이 주를 이뤘으나 화물량이 급증하며 철도 수송을 사용해야 하며 화물 특성상 실내에 넣어 목적지까지 운송해야 함에 따라, 35C21000형이라 불리는 35톤 유개차 425대를 탕룽제철공장에 제작 의뢰했습니다. 이 중 탕룽공장은 200대를 생산하고 나머지 225대는 대만기계공사에서 제작 지원했습니다.
